2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your wardrobe organiser arrives damaged or inconsistent with your order, please notify us via email within a reasonable period (typically within 7 days of delivery).
Supporting Evidence: Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the affected item and its packaging.
Resolution: Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund. In cases of confirmed transit damage, you are generally not required to return the item.
3. Shipping Delays & Delivery Review
We utilise premium carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, with an estimated delivery of 3 to 8 natural days post-dispatch.
Review Process: If your tracking has not updated or exceeds the estimated timeframe, we will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier.

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically back to your original payment method.
